Each cat you see at our cafe was meticulously selected from our network of trusted breeders in Europe. We firmly believe that cats suitable for a cat cafe environment differ significantly from those living solely as household pets. Cats in our cafe must be people-oriented, enjoy human interaction, and exude confidence. They should eagerly engage in play, boast robust immune systems, possess strong digestive health, and adapt well to stress and dynamic environments. All our cats were chosen with guidance from our breeders, who provide valuable insight based on their extensive early interactions with the kittens, ensuring each one is a perfect fit for our unique cafe setting.

Our environment has been created to perfectly balance the needs of our twenty resident cats with those of our visitors. Our spacious cafe spans two floors, allowing both customers and our feline friends the freedom to roam and explore freely. We've thoughtfully designed every aspect of the space to maximise coexistence and enhance interactions between our cats and guests.
With a maximum ratio of one customer to two cats, we ensure a personal and relaxed experience. This allows our cats ample space to showcase their sociable sides and engage with visitors at their own comfort levels, truly embodying our philosophy of a cat-first approach. Whether you're lounging on the first floor or exploring the second, our cafe is tailored to foster harmonious encounters between all who enter.

These sessions address any questions about cat care and maintenance, helping visitors understand if they are ready to provide a loving, responsible home. This is an ideal way to ensure that every potential owner is fully informed about the joys and responsibilities of kitten care, preventing impulsive decisions and encouraging well-prepared, committed cat ownership.
Our Promise to Our Resident Cats
The joy and comfort of our cats are at the heart of everything we do. We keep a watchful eye during all interactions, ensuring every moment is stress-free and enjoyable for our cherished feline friends.
We understand the changing needs of cats as they age. Therefore, our policy retire our cats from the cafe environment when they turn 4 years old, or earlier if they display any signs of stress. This transition reflects our respect for their natural life stages, as older cats often enjoy a quieter lifestyle. Their wellbeing is our top priority, and these cats will then be placed up for adoption into a loving home.
To honour the bond between our cats and the community they’ve been a part of, we offer our Fluffydolls kitten customers priority when adopting our retiring residents. This ensures our cats continue to receive love and care from those who truly appreciate the care and dedication we invest in raising our cats.
