We've shaped our whole process to take that weight off you. You decide the pace, we answer everything honestly, and nothing happens before you feel ready for it.

    Say Hello

    Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and tell us a little about your home, your lifestyle, and the kind of companion you're hoping for, whether that's a particular breed, a temperament, or simply the sort of personality that would fit your household. The more we know, the better we can point you towards the right kitten. If the one you have in mind isn't ready yet, you're welcome to join the waitlist for upcoming litters.

    Visit our cattery

    Once we know what you're looking for, we'll let you know which kittens are available and arrange a viewing. Come and meet us and the kittens in a calm, clean, unhurried space, where we'll walk you through their personalities and help you find the match that genuinely suits your household, rather than the cat that simply looks the part. If nothing is quite right yet, we'll keep you posted on upcoming litters, and there's never any pressure to decide on the day.

    Confirm your kitten

    When you've found the one, a 50% deposit reserves your kitten, and you'll have up to three weeks to get your home ready. If you need a little longer, extensions can be discussed. While you prepare, we start the ownership transfer with the breeder and order your kitten's pedigree certificate.

    Complete the AVS course and TICA account

    Before we can transfer the cat licence into your name, AVS asks you to complete their short online pet ownership course. You'll also set up a free TICA account so we can transfer your kitten's five-generation pedigree certificate to you. We'll send you the links and walk you through both, so nothing feels confusing.

    Learn the basics of grooming

    If this is your first kitten, we'll show you the essentials like nail trimming, brushing, ear cleaning and general hygiene, so none of it feels daunting once you're home. We can do this during one of your visits before go-home day, or on the day itself, whichever suits you better.

    Bringing your kitten home

    The remaining balance is settled on collection day. You're welcome to pick your kitten up from our cattery, or we can deliver them straight to your door along with the starter pack. If you'd like a hand setting up the essentials like the litter box, we're happy to help, and we'll make sure you feel ready before we go.

    Lifetime support via Telegram

    Once your kitten is home, we set up a private Telegram chat just for you. It's where you can reach us for anything, from behaviour and feeding to grooming, settling-in worries or health questions, and we reply as soon as we can, especially in that first week when everything feels new. We keep Telegram just for our Fluffydolls families, so the attention and support stay personal.

    Complimentary grooming session

    Within the first month, you can book a free grooming session with us, and we recommend staying throughout so you can see exactly how we groom, calmly and gently, in a way your kitten already knows. It's also a chance for us to do a quick physical check and catch up on how things are going at home. By this point you'll have tried a little grooming yourself, so tell us what's been tricky and we'll guide you through it, so grooming becomes a calm, easy part of your routine.

What a private viewing with us looks like

Our cattery is open by appointment only, so it starts with a quick WhatsApp message to check availability and pick a time. We keep each session to no more than two groups, so it stays calm and unhurried, and the cats get their rest between visits.

There's no pressure to decide. A viewing is really about understanding your home and lifestyle, meeting the kittens in person, and helping you work out which one genuinely suits you.

Inside our cattery

Our cattery is built around the comfort and hygiene of the kittens. We use easy-to-clean surfaces that keep bacteria and viruses at bay, keep it air-conditioned around the clock, and play gentle socialisation sounds at set times each day, so the kittens grow up confident around everyday noise. Because our kittens grow up around friendly adult cats, they arrive already used to other felines. If you have a cat at home, that makes the introduction far smoother.

What comes with your Fluffydolls kitten

Every kitten goes home ready for a good start, with everything you need for the first days and the reassurance of what stands behind them.

Settled and ready

Litter-trained, and already used to brushing, nail trims, and gentle handling from being raised in a real home.

A genuine pedigree

A true pedigree kitten from health-tested parents, with its official certificate or a breeder slip to register it in your name.

Full paperwork

Vaccination booklet, microchip, dewormer record, export health certificate, breeder registration, and signed kitten contract.

Familiar food

The kibble, wet food, probiotics, and premium freeze-dried chicken your kitten already eats, so the change of home is gentler.

Starter essentials

Bowls, scratching board, toys, comb, nail cutter and toothpaste, plus a litter box, mat, scoop and our own tofu litter, and a soft travel carrier to bring them home.

A free first groom

One complimentary spa grooming session within the first month, along with a settling-in check.

Starter items are subject to availability and may be swapped. Our health testing and guarantees are set out in full on the homepage and shown to you at your viewing.

What stands behind every kitten

Every Fluffydolls kitten is raised and checked to the same standard, and that care is backed by clear, honest guarantees.

Health-tested from the start

Every kitten is FIV/FeLV-negative, fully vaccinated, dewormed, and examined by a government vet before export. The parents are screened for breed-specific conditions like HCM, PKD and PRA, and you'll see those results for yourself at the viewing.

Genetic and congenital cover

We cover breed-specific genetic and congenital conditions for the first year, so an unexpected diagnosis isn't something you face on your own.

FIP support if it's ever needed

If FIP appears in the first year, we support you through it, including helping you procure GS-441524 treatment at cost where it's needed. It's rare, but you won't be left to manage it alone.

A real partner, for life

Beyond the paperwork, you have us. We stay reachable for the questions that come up as your kitten grows, from feeding and grooming to behaviour and health.

Long after go-home day

Our support doesn't stop when you walk out the door

For us, go-home day is the start of the relationship, not the end of it. Many of our families come back for grooming and boarding for years, which means familiar hands who already know your cat rather than a stranger's pet hotel.

It also means we keep learning how each kitten grows up in a real Singapore home, and we're always just a message away whenever you need us.

Because we stay close to our kittens for years, we often notice the small things early, and we know when something simply needs watching rather than a trip to the vet.

Answering your Frequently Asked Questions
about our process

  • Start by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram with a little about your home and the kind of cat you're hoping for. From there we arrange a private viewing, and once you've found your match, a 50% deposit reserves your kitten while you prepare your home.

  • A 50% deposit reserves your kitten, and the remaining balance is settled when you collect your kitten or we deliver them. The deposit lets us hold your kitten for you while you get ready.

  • You'll usually have up to three weeks after reserving. If you need a little longer, extensions can be discussed. Many families visit during this time to start bonding with their kitten.

  • Yes. You can collect your kitten in person at the cattery, or have us deliver them to your door and help you set up so the first day feels calm. Either way, we walk you through everything before we leave.

Within the first month we'd love to see you for a complimentary grooming and settling-in check, and our grooming and boarding stay reserved for Fluffydolls families.
